Clinical case description
Female patient, 60 years old, with aging according to Glogau scale III-IV, presents with generalized hyperpigmentation, solar lentigines predominantly in the frontal region, signs of sagging, and wrinkles, more pronounced in the nasolabial fold and glabella area. After 3 sessions, a general improvement can be observed, with a more unified skin tone, depigmentation of the solar lentigines, and a significant reduction in wrinkles, especially in the glabella area.
