Clinical case description
Female patient with significant signs of photoaging. Solar lentigines and generalized hyperpigmentation are observed on the dorsal side of the hands, along with skin laxity and fine wrinkles. After 3 sessions, the patient shows dramatic changes, with smoother skin, a more even tone, a notable reduction in hyperpigmentation, fewer wrinkles and less laxity, and a more globally rejuvenated appearance.
