Clinical case description
In this case performed by Dr. Yaneth Prada from Costa Rica, we observe the evolution of a 48-year-old patient with no pathological history. This patient experienced trauma during a recreational biking activity, exhibiting pain, redness, and itching, all of which had been managed up to the present date. Two years later, she underwent 2 sessions of recombinant pbserum enzymes, resulting in an improvement in appearance and favoring tissue remodeling.
